Tuna tartar with marinated radish

Tuna is hidden under the radish.
It did take a little time to roll and place all those radish slices on top.I really should have used a smaller mold....
And no,I couldn't thought of something like this,I got the idea when I was browsing through the internet...

I was surprised to at the same time as I Rassha' to make the same kind of dishes . It is synchronicity . But much beautiful more of your dish ( laughs) I tried to kudzu justified the shrimp .

Thanks so much,I think this kind of radish decoration started at Noma and it got spread around,I found out and I thought I should give it a try,it does look like agisai,I have even seen radish marinated in purple stuff,possibly blueberries!
Indeed a little long,should have used smaller mold...
