Just when I was running out of idea for chicken dish,I saw ゆずさん's delicious looking 蒸し鶏のみかんソース,I especially like it the sauce made with red wine.I also use mikan juice,orange juice, balsamic,honey,shallot and little soy sauce.Absolutely love it,thank you ゆずさん for sharing this,and supporting me for a
long time!

savory dishes!( my mom used to make potato salad which added みかん,but it was not good😰...lol) yes,it's very cool idea as you said!

mean how do they do that?I tried here and it's so difficult....

I had same question with you about membrane.when I grow up,I could know the mystery of it.
In fact,They dissolve the membrane by hydrochloric acid.you can get same result at home with Sodium bicarbonate. Soak みかん in boiling water that added Sodium bicarbonate for a while.After a while,membrane getti
getting melt. However,to do peeling by hand is best result for taste I think.

That solved the mystery,thanks so much,but I wouldn't recommend peeling with hands,I ruined quite a few....
hydrochloric acid....now I could show off my knowledge to my friends...😁😁😁
