Whole roasted chicken with root vegetables and yuzu miso butter sauce

Every now and then I crave for a whole roasted chicken,there is just an indescribable satisfaction having it.It's so versatile too,many thing could be served with it,this time I used the yuzu miso from Yukari,added some butter etc to make this wonderful sauce!Thanks again Yukari！

This is actually made with a yuzu flavored miso that Yukari send me,I mixed it with sake,mirin(boiled off alcohol first),a little chicken stock (or water)black pepper and butter.Sorry I didn't measure everything.Have fun!

Honestly,compare to you and Romi,my creativity is very limited,but adding butter is my 101 rule of making everything delicious,and it works here!I also have plan to add butter to my 豆豉 sauce too!Whole roasted chicken is special,isn't it?It is to me,although it's easy to get here nowadays(when I was
