marinade: Roast pork belly and chicken in wine dreg sauce

Ingredients - skinless pork belly, half chicken.

Marinade - 2 tbs wine dreg paste(红糟酱), 2 tbs oyster sauce, 3-4 tbs rice wine, 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, 3 tbs honey, 2-3 tbs light soy sauce, 4-5 tbs bbq sauce. Mix everything together and marinate pork and chicken overnight.

Roasting - place pork belly in airfryer at 160 degrees for about 60 minutes, turning over several times and brush on additional marinade for even cooking. Turn up the heat too 200 degrees to caramelize the fatty parts. Let cool, cut and serve.
Half chicken is roasted at same temperatures, but the skin side tends to burn more easily, so check visually and adjust roasting time accordingly.
