ON the pork loin, partly cut the strings between the fat and red meat to prevent the shrink. Tenderize meat with a kitchen mallet or fork. The shrunk meats should be stretched out back to original shapes. Put salt and pepper on it.

And put yoghurt on the meat. Place the meat on oven tray, put sliced onion and pour water and white wine over the meat. And finally pour veg oil over the meat.

Rest these meats for 30min under room temperature. Preheat the oven 220C. Grill them for 30min.
