Thank you Makiko! I love mozuku served chilled in vinegar sauce, but I also found out mozuku could be eaten many ways.My colleague brought me many of the dried type,I thought I tried with this first.I am sorry, but the red thing is not クコの実,it's actually トマト,I thought it goes well with mozuku, colour is beautiful too.But I love your idea of クコの実,I should have thought of that!I had this twice already, first time I ate right after cooking, second time after photo shooting when it's cooler, both are good!
Thank you Tomo San! I am not actually familiar cooking with mozuku,so when I got this from my colleague,I did a little research, but most of the recipes doesn't seems interesting enough to show here,so I made up this combination,I think everything complement each other well.I really love putting all seafood(plants) together! The mozuku I got is the dried type, which is easier to keep.I can't recall I have seen the fresh or dried ones here,we have the prepared ones,in vinegar sauce, but I can't do much with those. So you know you are expecting a few more mozuku dishes from me!This one got cold after I took the photo, actually not bad like this, but when weather gets colder, all the 雑炊 would be such a treat, along with the hot pots too,I am looking forward to see your wonderful autumn and winter food!
