千枚湯葉とほうれん草の柚子胡椒炒め😊🌟🌟🌟さっぱりとおいしかったぁ～👍

My mum did a vegetarian dish for new year and have these in it,I love them so much,but I have never seen them in the market.I didn't know Japanese have these too,must be delicious,such at good job you've done with it!

it's strict Vegi for what we call 精進料理 in Japanese strict VG for a Buddhist

精進料理is Buddhist cuisine is an East Asian cuisine which is followed by some believers of Buddhism. It is primarily vegetarian, a manifestation of the general Buddhist precept of ahimsa (non-violence)

I find it hard to do strictly veggie Japanese dishes because they always have dashi in it,so I have been wondering how 精進料理taste,but never have the chance too,so thanks for your recommendation,this place seems really good and I will definitly try this when I go to Kamakura next time,I am very fond

of this place,and like to explore it a little more.

To: rikk I'm so surprised that you know so much about Japanese food 精進料理 I love their food since I was little my mom used to take me to the お寺 just to have these kind of meals ! this Restaurant have a brunch in Tokyo 上野 so it maybe easier to go there but, 鎌倉 is very special !
