潮州蠔烙三明治 牡蠣のオムレツサンド

上環にある潮州料理店、尚興で食べた牡蠣オムレツを思い出して
魚醤つけて野菜と共に挟んでみた。
お店はベビーオイスターだったけどうちには大きいのしかなかったのでぷりっぷりになっちゃった。

いつものサンドイッチ症候群。
Route271の山食を使っているのでふんわり美味しくできました😊

花蟹🦀食べてみたかったけど時価で1000H$って言われて
高っ∑(゚Д゚)ってビビったのとお昼に地下のあのお店、mott32でテンションmaxで食べ過ぎてお腹がいっこうに減らなかったため
花蟹もそれにガルーパも食べれなかったけどお店の人みんな良い人で楽しかった٩( ᐛ )و

花蟹は、隣のテーブルで成金のボンボンみたいな若者たちが食べてた(笑)
あちらはそういう種類の若者が贅沢してるみたいで、パーティみたいに盛り上がってたよ。
リックの案内でのHK旅行、胃袋が2つ欲しいよね。美味しいものが多すぎて。

行ききれないって言ってるのにmott32 は2回行っちゃったから(爆笑)

First of all,you ordered the right item,it's a signature 潮州 dish,and 尚興 doesn't disappoint with this one!It's usually made with baby oyster called 珠𧐢,mixed with a batter of sweet potatoe flour(蕃薯粉),and crack a few duck egg on top(method varies from place to place),served with coriander and fish sauce.I super love this dish!Putting it in a sandwich is innovative idea,I think it's very suitable.May be you used slightly differently ingredients,but the essence is there for sure!
So you got influenced by Kenobi,you also are a fan of oyster!
So did you order 花蟹?I wonder how you think about it.These big size of 花蟹 is hard to come by these days,they are very expensive,and 尚興is known for getting high quality material without caring too much how they cost.花蟹 is the most delicious type of sea crab I think,for many people,it's worth the money,and simply cooked is best to showcase it's quality.
But the thing in 尚興,It has it's rich people fans(many billionaires are 潮州人!)that spends big money there.But if people like me goes in and order casual things,they absolutely wouldn't mind.
There are many high quality crabs in Japan,and I know they are not cheap,too bad I didn't have many chances to try...

I brought in my lunch box to my office.
Warm in the microwave,I ate with fresh coriander in between.
I did not get a babyoyster and made it with big ones so I got a different feeling.
Although it is not similar to 尚興,it was delicious oyster omelet sandwich😅
I did not eat 花蟹.It was interesting to see in the showcase.I was not hungry because I ate too much(at mott32).
Next time, go with some people,I want to share it.
In Japan,many kinds, type changes according to the season.I want you to try ずわい蟹(松葉蟹、越前蟹、間人蟹)香箱蟹、毛蟹・・・
It is very expensive(at a high quality shop),but thinking that it is worth, I try hard each year to eat.
At 福臨門 in Japan,I have eaten 黄油蟹.
I want to try valuable items.
Next time,challenge 花蟹🦀!
