mix no. 1 ingredients set aside. heat the skillet add cooking oil fry the chicken on skin side first when turned brown turn the chicken the other side. when turned brown cover for 5 mins. mix the honey and mustard sauce heat till thicken about 30 seconds.

for the other half of the chicken add the garlic paste in the meat side. heat the skillet add olive oil or cooking is okay. fry the skin first till golden brown then the meat side then cover for 3 to five minutes depends on the the thickness.

fry any veges you like but dont forget fresh vegetable salad on the side
