作り方

- boil pasta in saucepan half filled with water
- 2
- chop lettuce & put in a bowl
- 3
- dice cheese & add half of it to salad, drizzle some olive oil & seasonings, toss lightly
- 4
- drain pasta & set aside
- 5
- heat a non-stick pan, add olive oil, roughly chop garlic & add to pan
- 6
- crack in the egg, add the remaining cheese & seasonings, fry lightly, then add the pasta & fry again
- 7
- once done, serve with half tsp of pesto, toss lightly, add remaining half to salad & toss again
ポイント
this is good when you have nothing much in the fridge & hungry for lunch! i used leftover pasta, you can use any type of pasta you like!
