獅子頭丼

先日リックが作っていた「糖醋丸子」!a bowl of rice で食べる〜と言っていたのを見て。
獅子頭=中華ハンバーグ的なものかな? 大きな肉団子を揚げた後、甘辛いスープでコトコト煮ます。肉団子と一緒につゆをごはんにかけて食べると本当に美味しい♡

Nice,Makiko,you have successfully captured the essence of Chinese cooking!It's famous dish has two types,清燉(light colour soup) and 紅燒(dark soy sauce),I guess yours is the latter!Big and tasty meatball is braised until tender but still kept in good shape,not easy at all but you did a great job!You are right,the sauce is so good and it's important to have enough rice!
青梗菜 is perfect matching too,are they easy to get at your area?

Good morning Rick!
You are right, this is 紅焼獅子頭. Sauce is 醤油, 紹興酒, 砂糖, and chicken soup. It tast good, then I would arrange this soup many other dishes, exp. adding vegetables.
Now it's golden week, but I'm busy this season. My holiday isn't so long, so I'll enjoy cooking and gardening!

青梗菜, I don't know 旬(the seasons)but I can get them easy in super market, and from my father's garden!😁
焼くのじゃなくて揚げるのが本場な感じですね〜♪

うんうん、あのね〜肉団子がテニスボール大くらいのビッグサイズで、とても柔らかいから、焼くのだと転がしているうちに形が崩れると思う。
中華の定番料理みたいだよ〜!
