This squid is seasoned with Ishiru- a kind of fish soy, and dried overnight.
I grilled it and deep-fried only regs.
And kimpira is a Japanese basic recipe, a little stir-fry and boil some vegetables.

Thanks for your explanation and Yes, we like cuisines from all over the world.....however Japanese has got to be one of our favorites because it tastes so good! :-)
Unfortunately fresh Japanese produce isn't easy to obtain over here in Europe (Holland), so we're always very jealous of the wonderful
