Looks delicious!Apart from instant noodle,this noodle is always handy to have at home.蝦子 means the roes of prawn,they are dried up and put into the noodle dough,it's full of shrimp flavor,so no need to add other shrimp powder!It's meant to be easy too,actually it's ok just to boil in hot water,I don't care for the time,I just give it a taste,ready when soften but still have a bite,no need to fry,just mix with oyster sauce,or shoyu,then some kind of oil.Simply eat with vegetable,mushroom,or prawn,or even wanton if you care to make!
オイルを入れた熱湯で50秒茹でて、油にニンニクやネギ、オイスターソースなどを入れて炒めました。
海老粉の代わりに干しエビをすり鉢で粉砕してトッピング。本来の海老粉は海老の卵を乾燥させたものらしいので、少し違うと思いますが…。

茹でて和えるだけでOKなんだね!
まだまだ麺は残っているから、次はリックのシンプルな作り方で食べてみる!
