Thanks for kind words always!May be this one is a little rare in Japan,but it is very traditional in Spain and Portugal,and a popular item to order in Macau too!If you see them anywhere,please try,it's tasty!Not difficult to make too if you could find bacalao.I am sorry mine didn't come out exactly

It's a shameful fact I didn't know that macaw were Portuguese territory...That's why cityscape is foreignness and pretty, right? You are welcome! Macau has long been a favorite getaway for us HK people,food is excellent,the place is quieter,older with a European touch(Portuguese colonial once),however it has changed quite a lot to accommodate Chinese tourists,sad to say it's has lost some of it's charm(for me)! Thanks for so
kind,but this was a miss for me.I used different type of bacalao and didn't turn out well,will fix it next time.It's quite delicious if it's done right,I order this everytime I go Portuguese restaurant.I encourage you to try if you see these,or if you have 塩鱈,have a go making it too,you will love it
!About Portuguese cuisine,I would say it's similar to Spanish,but more simple and rustic,not as versatile too.But in Macau,the so called Portuguese cuisine has lots of Chinese influence in it,and becomes one of it's own.Let's take you there!
