Russian borscht

Seriously in need of some wholesome food coming back from a long trip in Europe.This came to mind.

Thank you,so kind of you,still haven't much time to prepare any serious food or photo,I'm glad you like it.I had too much heavy food for the past few week,coming back and this one is all I want to eat,large varieties of veggies cooked down til tender,lots of goodness and still delicious,I felt so much better after this.Adding sour cream in this would be perfect,and better not this time😁.

I spent two weeks in Italy and was non stop eating heavy food,have to treat my body a better now,so I made this.Russian borscht is the most well known western soup here,and all the yoshoku places serve it,that's why very rarely people would make it at home here.Using beet is most authentic I think,I have it too,those are the leaves at the corner.Adding sour cream would be perfect too,but I better stay away from those for awhile,I had a few pieces of oxtail,it was rich enough.Some great friend you have there,really take patience to make this!
I think slow food is best too,I am ready for more comfort food now Autumn is coming,!
