Corn Tortilla Casserole (トルティーヤのメキシコ風キャセロール)

Tomato sauce containing generous amount of chipotle, coriander, paprika was cooked in the oven with ground beef and tortillas.
Home fried tortillas was used for this dish but you can use any tortilla chips from the store or leftovers from your home party😊

メキシコ料理には欠かせなチポットレ(スモーキーな唐辛子)、コリアンダー、パプリカなどのスパイスがふんだんに入ったトマトソースを、ひき肉、トルティーヤと一緒にオーブンで焼き上げました。トルティーヤは、今回は家に余っていたものを油で揚げて使いましたが、普段は、これまたホームパーティーなどで残った市販のトルティーヤチップスを使っています。あ〜、お腹一杯！
