Still hot enough to eat salad,but cool enough to have root vegetables!
It's our tradition to eat small taro for mid autumn festival,here I pair it with baby spinach,tuna,shimeji,carrot and sesame mayo...
That's genious decoration!!

I love root vegetables 根菜,and also many autumn food.We have 里芋 in Chinese cuisine too,but mainly hot dishes,that's why I am very interested this Japanese style 里芋 salad,this combination is so good with tuna,shimeji,carrot,and sesame mayo(ツナ、ベビーほうれん草、しめじ、ニンジン、ゴママヨ)
If you couldn't find ベビーほうれん草,水菜is also good!
I enjoy Rizmu san's posts too,I always stop and look for a long time,I am amazed at all these beautiful food coming out your kitchen,every time!I look forward to see what's coming!
