I love root vegetables 根菜,and also many autumn food.We have 里芋 in Chinese cuisine too,but mainly hot dishes,that's why I am very interested this Japanese style 里芋 salad,this combination is so good with tuna,shimeji,carrot,and sesame mayo(ツナ、ベビーほうれん草、しめじ、ニンジン、ゴママヨ) If you couldn't find ベビーほうれん草,水菜is also good!
