Good morning Rick! Roasting winter cabbage was my first try. It's very simple and delicious. This time I roasted it in pan, but it wasted long time. I think it's better to use the oven than a pan. Next time I'll use the oven!

あとはキャベツとか。おんなじように1/4をじわじわ焼きます。
