あ！同じもの作って食べてます😳
毎年恒例の白菜料理です。甘くてトロトロして美味しくなりますよね(｡☌ᴗ☌｡)

意外な美味しさでした。

白菜は冬の恒例なの✨
あとはキャベツとか。おんなじように1/4をじわじわ焼きます。
アンチョビソースはやったことなかったので今度真似してみます！

May I ask how did you roast it?In frying pan or under the grill,or oven?

Roasting winter cabbage was my first try. It's very simple and delicious. This time I roasted it in pan, but it wasted long time. I think it's better to use the oven than a pan. Next time I'll use the oven!
