A new twist to the Japanese Soumen noodles!

So my sister looooooves Soumen noodles (very thin and fine type of rice noodle) with the soya dipping sauce and all the toppings that you would usually get with it.

I on the other hand made a judgment that the dipping sauce would not be a healthy option for me and opted for a spear of the moment kinda recipe...
