奶油烤布蕾creme brulee

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
蛋黃egg yellow
10
鮮奶油fresh cream
900ml
二砂糖sugar
150g
香草精vanilla
3ml
作り方

mixed egg yellow and sugar well蛋黃跟糖打勻,盡量不要起泡

把鮮奶油加入香草精煮至滾plus vanilla into fresh cream and heat up to 90℃

徐徐把鮮奶油加入蛋黃中,一邊攪拌
mixed 1&2 gently,stir well

倒入容器,容器外加熱水至1/3高度,加上蓋,隔水150℃烤一小時,烤完放涼即完成
well,my English is poor,I will try to explain this step.......you have put 3 into china bowl,and add hot water outside 1/3 height,put into oven,150℃ /1hr。thank you for watching...hahaha
ポイント

倒入容器後,多少還是有氣泡,拿噴槍輕輕一燒,泡泡就會破裂,烤起來會比較美觀
