Soba meets Oden + A Veg bomb

This was another one of my spare of the moment ideas!

I had some left over Oden and Soba noodles and decided to mix the two with plenty of vegetables to create a healthy soup like dish with buckwheat noodles.

"Oden" is actually a Japanese hot-pot dish with variety of ingredients slowly and separately cocked in a simple but delicious "dashi" broth.
