蓮根餅 rikkさんの蘿蔔糕風に

rikkさんの春節のお料理「蘿蔔糕」が素敵だなーと思っていて。
蓮根のすりおろしと干しえび、片栗粉で蓮根餅にして、盛り付けを真似させていただきました( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
蘿蔔糕は食べた事はないので、味は違うと思うけど…（笑）
rikkさんのお料理はホントに素敵だなー。

Wow,so sorry I haven't seen this earlier,I am not cooking this week so I haven't been here much,but this is absolutely amazing,you took the idea of daikon cake and did this lotus root cake!!Actually it was my mother who did it,I just shallow fry it,I wouldn't dare making it because I know there is a
