Celery,salami and chickpea salad

Love the idea of having salami in a salad.

I have seen a celery and salami salad in a book of mine but I couldn't find it again,so I came of with the rest of the ingredients,also made dressing with herbs in it,I think it has a nice balance too.The plate is vintage European style,but actually not valuable at all,I had a good deal with it.
We HK people are proud of the Peninsula hotel,it's beautiful colonial style,kept really well,both outside and interior,not many of these are around anymore.the location is good,excellent service and many good restaurants in the hotel too.It's highly recommended,but it's a little pricey too.

I've only two French vintage plate,but i don't have beautiful sense as good as you.I can't match it with my dishes..i have to learn good sense from your posts! I'm enjoying looking at your collection of vintage plate. I wonder how many plates did you get..🙀😻

You know I am very interested at these European style vintage ceramics,sometimes I buy the authentic ones from French seller,but these are the leftover stock from the factories in China,apparently they are making these for the the big brand names,these are probably the defect stock and they were selling it through internet,real cheap.Anyway this one was not I ordered for,they send the wrong one,but it's so cheap that I didn't bother returning,and it looks good too.If you want it I could order for you and bring over next time,I don't think it's worth the money posting to Japan though.
I have too many plates...I couldn't control myself...
Glad you like the salad.Summer is all about salad for me,I sometime just eat salad like this for dinner,this one has good balance,and chickpeas are delicious and filling too!
